Don’t worry - this form is not a test and your answers won’t be used against you.

Once we confirm a date for your first session, we require a non-refundable $100 deposit that will be credited to the final cost of your tattoo. Can’t make your appointment? No problem! Give us the head’s up and we’ll transfer your credit to the new date.

We love it when you talk legal to us. The state of New York requires you be at least 18 years of age to get tattooed.

What’s that mean? It means you should come prepared with a government-issued photo ID.

Live, laugh, love…when you come prepared. Coming to your first appointment is easy!

That’s great, but what do you really need to know?

• Come in with no skin redness due to irritation (sun exposure). 

• Do not use any kind of numbing creams or lotions, this can impact how the ink goes into the skin.

• Eat within 2 hours of your appointment and stay hydrated.

Anything else? Yes, but it’s super simple!

• No children under the age of 18 are allowed in the tattoo studio (this includes the waiting area), this is for their safety and yours.

• No animals in the studio, this includes in the waiting area.
